Patient Care

Our mission is to provide the highest level of customer care. As a patient, we provide you with the opportunity to make an informed decision. This can only be achieved in a relaxed environment where you feel comfortable to ask any relevant questions.

chairYour wellbeing is very important to us. If you suffer from dental phobia our team are always on hand to provide constant reassurance, we will talk you through every stage of your treatment to avoid any confusion and give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

Every patient deserves a high level of patient aftercare. On departure you will be given post surgery advice, a follow up call is made the day after surgery to check on your progress and ensure you are satisfied and happy with your treatment.

Cross Infection Control

We comply with recent cross infection guidelines issued by the Department of Health(HTM 01-05) in which all non disposble instruments are sterilised in a dedicated Central Sterilsation Area.

Digital imaging

X-ray procedures are an essential part of quality dental treatment. Our practice utilises an advanced non-film dental imaging system known as CDR (computed dental radiography). This gives us an instant on-screen image with a reduced x-ray radiation dose by up to 80% compared to conventional dental film x-rays.

Using this system, an electronic sensor produces computerised radiographs, which appear instantly on a chairside computer screen. These images can then be adjusted, printed, archived indefinitely and sent to your dentist.
