Bleaching
Bleaching, Tooth Whitening
A smile is almost the first thing you notice when you meet
someone. It's little wonder that so many of our clients want to
invest in their smile, because a whiter, brighter smile can help
you feel more confident and make a memorable impression on
others.
Healthy teeth that have yellowed with age, or are stained from
coffee, red wine or smoking, usually respond well to whitening.
Home whitening kit
At the initial consultation, your dentist will first make sure
that you're a suitable candidate for tooth whitening. If you are,
impressions are made which are then sent to the lab, where special
trays are made to fit your mouth exactly.
During your next appointment you will be shown how to use your
home-whitening kit to whiten your teeth at home.
You will need to apply the whitening gel regularly over 10 to 14
days, leaving it on for 1 to 2 hours at a time, or over night.
