service. All our dentists work with Zeiss loupes to offer the
highest standard in any dental treatment you need. We have trained
in all fields of dentistry under one roof so that if you need
specific treatment, you'll have no need to go elsewhere. We offer
the highest standard in both preventative dentistry and in any
treatment that you could possibly need.
All our team members, both clinical and non-clinical,
participate in highly focused internal training programmes.

Matthew trained in Glasgow, qualifying in
1988.

Role: Associate Dentist
Born and educated in Northern Ireland. Attended Turner Dental
School in Manchester, Qualified BDS in 1987
Started working in County Durham and moved to the Fylde Coast in
1991. After a few years working in Thornton Cleveley's joined
Woodlands Dental.
Julie provides a uniquely positive dental experience for patients
while developing long term relationships and continuity of care.
Her primary focus is general restorative dentistry, looking after
patients in a professional manner. She attends courses on all
dental topics to keep herself up to date with the latest techniques
and technology.

Role: Lead Dental Nurse / Practice managing
I have worked at Woodlands Dental for 14 years . I qualified as
a Dental Nurse in May 1992. I then progressed to take
my Oral Health Educator exams, qualifying in May 2002.
My hobbies are keeping fit. I am an aerobics
instructor and work part time in the evenings. I enjoy travelling
the world and seeing different places. I look forward to seeing
many more too.

I have worked at the practice since 1994 as a receptionist. I
qualified as a Dental Practice Manager in 1998. I am also
a GDC registered dental nurse.
I am married with 1 son and enjoy spending time with my family
and friends.

I Qualified as a Dental Nurse in November 1992 and joined the
practice in October 2000.
I am married and have 2 children both girls who enjoy theatre
arts and dancing.
I have also enjoyed dancing and performing in the past and now
enjoy helping my children in their performances.
I enjoy trips to the theatre and keeping fit.

I have worked at Woodlands Dental for 2 years now. I started
here as a Trainee Dental Nurse on the Training 2000 Cadet course. I
qualified as a Dental Nurse in April 2010.
I am looking forward to extending may knowledge in Dentistry by
doing the Oral Health Educators Certificate.
I enjoy socialising with friends. I am interested in music and
films and holidays in hot countries.
